Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
The return shipping is at your cost. We recommend that you retain the proof of return shipping. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place.
Please make sure to send back the article in the same original packaging (box, silk paper etc.). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), Zoe Rowyn has the exclusive and unilaterally right to deny a refund accordingly.
In case of a valid return, your account will be credited within a couple of days from the receiving of the returned products, or we can exchange the product after your confirmation.
Made-to-fit items (bridal), if returned will not be refunded. However, we accept alterations. The shipping fees to and from our atelier are the customer's responsibility.
Items bought on sale cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
