Absolutely. Brides from every corner of the world should be able to wear a Zoe Rowyn Bridal gown!

Can I track my parcel online?

Of course! We will notify you once the order is shipped, so you can follow the jorney of your wedding dress.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return a standard-size gown.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

Please make sure to send back the article in the same original packaging (box, silk paper etc.). To initiate a return procedure, please send us an email at hello@zoerowyn.com.

Made-to-fit dresses are final sale and cannot be returned.

How long does it take to make my dress?

Once you place your order, you will have your dress handcrafted by our talented dressmakers and have it delivered to you in max. 8 weeks.
Do contact us if you need the dress faster. Depending on the workload, we may be able to accommodate you.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Can I buy several dresses to try and decide?

We do have a very friendly return policy, and you can return your gown in 14 days, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, provided that you ordered a standard size.

However, all of our gowns are made to order and we do not hold stock. So, this policy is enforced just to make you feel comfortable and safe about purchasing your bridal gown online. 

You can return a standard size gown, if it doesn't suit you, but the system only allows you to purchase one dress at a time.

Are your dresses made to measure?

We offer both standard sizes and made to measure gowns. To order a personalized gown, select “MADE-TO-FIT” in the size options.

If you choose the MADE-TO-FIT option, you will be immediately contacted by one of our team members to schedule a call and take your measurements together. In this case, your gown is handmade to order and cannot be returned. 

Should I choose a standard or a made-to-fit dress?

Standard sized gowns are not customizable and they might need alterations, depending on you height and body shape.
Made-to-fit gowns are made by your own measurements and are meant to fit like a glove when they arrive. Remember, that made-to-fit gowns are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Do you offer plus size gowns?

Sure! We love all body shapes and sizes and we will make your dress made-to-fit, whatever your size is.

I am in love with a gown but I would like to add some changes. What can I do?

If you would like to add specific changes to your gown, please contact us at hello@zoerwoyn.com. We will schedule a free virtual appointment and discuss all the details about your dream gown.

I am in love with all your gowns and I don’t know what to choose. What can I do?

It is so easy to get lost when there are so many beautiful styles.
If you don’t know what to choose, you can take a free virtual appointment with one of our consultants. We will discuss wedding locations, styles, body shapes and all other details in order to help you make the right choice.

How can I be sure that the dress will fit me?

If you order the made-to-fit option, the dress will be made according to your own measurements and it will fit you like a glove.

How do I care for my Zoe Rowyn Bridal gown?

We recommend having your wedding gown professionally dry cleaned after your wedding day with a reputable company. Wrap your gown and accessories in tissue paper and store in a dry, cool and shaded space.
